Description

PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: Network Contracting Office - VISN 10 will issue Request for Proposal (RFP) VA-250-13-R-0070 for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) - Dayton VA Medical Center (VAMC), to procure emergency housing to Veterans along with services consistent with Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) program objectives. The goal of this contract is to remove homeless Veterans from the street or places unfit for human habitation and place them in community-based, residential environments. These residences must have sufficient services to meet the needs of the Veterans served. Award will be made in the aggregate (all or none) based on the best value offered. A multiple award contract is contemplated for the geographic areas of Dayton, Middletown, and Springfield, Ohio. The contract period will be for one base year plus four one-year option periods. Solicitation No.: VA-250-13-R-0070 will be electronically issued on or about March 22, 2013 with a closing date of April 22, 2013. The solicitation is Unrestricted. The NAICS code for this procurement is 623220. Any future amendments and other miscellaneous documents will be available electronically for download at the following URL: http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
