- This Modification to W15QKN-13-R-0108 is to incorporate Industry Questions and Answers as an attachment to the intial Sources Sought Notice. The United States (U.S.) Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is conducting market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 to identify potential Businesses that have the skills, experience, knowledge, and capabilities required to perform acquisition management, planning, execution, administration, program management, systems engineering, process automation, financial management, and software development and support services to the Navy Air (NAVAIR) Corporate Business Office (CBO). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541611for Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services. This announcement is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP) and does NOT bind the Government in any way. This is market research to identify potential businesses in the form of a Sources Sought Announcement. Interested parties shall not be reimbursed for costs associated with preparation of their responses. Interested Offerors are requested to review the associated attachments (Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs)) and submit a capabilities statement based on the work identified in the PWS not to exceed three pages (excluding cover sheet) to include Business Size, DUNS, and CAGE Code. SUBMITTAL: Capability Statement Submissions shall be submitted electronically to Contract Specialist, Alicia C. Toth at alicia.c.toth.civ@mail.mil. The subject line shall read quote mark W15QKN-13-R-0108-CAPABILITIES-COMPANY NAME quote mark. DEADLINE: Responses are required NO LATER THAN 26 March 2013 at 2:00 PM EST.
