Description

The Bedford VA Medical Center located at 200 Springs RD intends to release Solicitation VA-241-13-Q-0476 Medical Gas Testing at the Bedford VA Vet Center located at 200 Springs RD Bedford MA 01730. Services will include the Testing of Various Medical Gas and Vacuum Systems Throughout the Bedford VA. The full solicitation including a descriptive Statement of work will be posted on FEDBIZOPPS www.fbo.gov on or about March 21, 2013. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. The applicable NAICS code will be 541990 with an applicable small business size standard of $25.5M. This is a pre-solicitation notice synopsizing an upcoming RFQ solicitation to satisfy the requirements of FAR 5.201 and 5.203. All interested parties should register via FEDBIZOPPS interested vendors list. It is the responsibility of the offeror to monitor and download amendments from FebBizOpps which may be issued to this solicitation. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, Required Sam Registration (www.sam.gov) in accordance with FAR 2.101,VAAR 802.101, VetBiz Registration, prospective firms must be registered in Sam (www.sam.gov) and in the VetBiz (www.vetbiz.gov) databases prior to award (Note: Effective October 1, 2010, all solicitations issued in accordance with the Veteran's First Contracting Program requires all contractor's be VERIFIED by the Office of Small Disadvantaged Business Utilization's Center for Veteran's Enterprise (CVE) prior to receiving an award under the program).
