Ma'alaea & Kahului Delineated Area Maps GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT (3HI0187) General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: HAWAII City: MA’ALAEA or KAHULUI Delineated Area: MA’ALAEA: NORTH: N. KIHEI ROAD to EAST: SOUTH KIHEI ROAD / UWAPO ROAD to SOUTH: MA’ALAEA HARBOUR to WEST: HONOAPIILANI HWY / MA’ALAEA HARBOUR ROAD KAHULUI: NORTH: E. KAAHUMANU AVE to EAST: HANA HWY to SOUTH: DAIRY ROAD to WEST: S. PUUNENE AVE to W. PAPA AVE to HINA AVE to S. WAKEA AVE Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,100 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,210 Space Type: Office, General Storage Parking Spaces (Total): 4 Parking Spaces (Surface): 4 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 4 Full Term: 5 YEARS Firm Term: 3 YEARS Additional Requirements: On-site laundry Facilities Action : Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Action : for fbo postings, insert the following language only for potential sole source succeeding lease actions. Delete for procurement summary page. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Kahului, HI, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Action : For FBO postings, delete “offers due;” for procurement summary, keep “offers due” and delete “(estimated)” from dates. Expressions of Interest Due: 04/01/2013 TO BE CONSIDERED, Expressions of Interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information at a minimum (This is not an invitation for bids nor a request for proposals): Building name/address Legal property description, recent survey, and property identification numbers (PIN) Location of space in the building and date it will be available One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered · ANSI/BOMA defined office area/useable square feet (USF) · Rentable Square Feet (RSF) offered and rental rate per square foot, specifying services, utilities, and tenant improvement allowance included · Date of space availability · Building ownership information; · Amount of parking available onsite and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government vehicle parking, (if any); · Energy Efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building; Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized representative In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement, and permission to represent multiple owners for the same submission "Interested respondents may include building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners. Representatives of building owners must include the exclusivity agreement, representation letter, listing contract or other executed agreement granting the exclusive right to represent the building owner with their response to the advertisement."
