- This solicitation is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-13-T-0128; is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) has a requirement for Test, Teardown, Evaluation (TT and E) and Repair to return multiple quantities to OEM specifications. This is competitive (full and open competition). Vendor must be registered in www.ccr.gov/ to be eligible to receive an award. Selection for award will be based on price and past performance. Vendors are required to provide references from a minimum of two Government/State/Local agencies in which they have provided same/similar repair to same/similar equipment. P/N: 8118A P/N: 8656M2 P/N: 8681 Multiple serial numbers to GFP on this order are TBD and will be delineated on the DD1149 when the assets ship from NSWC Crane to the contractor facility. The procurement is being issued for FY13 Repair requirements in support of the C130J and derivative Type Model Series (T/M/S) aircraft. Once contract is awarded, the date of delivery is 60 days after receipt of GFP asset(s). All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted FedBizOpps and NECO. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor the FedBizOpps and/or NECO for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
