- The US Army Contracting Command intends to purchase the following as an incidental item under EXPRESS Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) W31P4Q-08-A-0018/0003 with Intuitive Research and Technology Corporation (IRTC), Huntsville, AL from Total Parts Plus: Commercial Database Subscription. This item is not available from GSA schedule sources. Therefore, in accordance with FAR 8.402(f) this requirement is being synopsized. The database must contain the following attributes: Ability to import bill of material information, Identity critical components using search features, provide form, fit and function alternates for any part. Access device datasheets directly from the application, Provide after market sources and inventory, Single part of BOM device availability and out-year projections, Access Product Discontinuance of Notices, Generate custom reports based on BOM data, Provide process change and material change notices, Provide material content information, Access alert notices directly from the application, Recognize approximately 90% of current Army part library, Web-based, and 508 compliant. This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation is available for this requirement. Interested parties may submit a capability statement and pricing information for the requirement within 7 calendar days of publication of this notice, to be considered by the Government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed task order modification based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a separate competitive procurement.
