Description

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT, NOT A REQUEST FOR A PROPOSAL. A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE REQUESTED. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Atlantic intends to award a sole source contract to QRC Technologies for the purchase of the continued development necessary to integrate QRC's ICS-301 and Dcode Pro software with the Praxis PC Express 4 channel WiFi card for the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Radio Battalion Modernization (RadBn Mods) Project. QRC is the sole developer of this proprietary system. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed-price contract estimated at $1,500,000.00. The period of performance will be a base year and two one year option periods. The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 541330 and the size standard is $14 million.
