- This is a pre-solicitation notice only. Tentative solicitation release date is on 20 Apr13. Contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, vehicles, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform Operating & Maintenance Engineering Enhancement (OMEE) for Medical Treatment Facilities at Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan shall be in compliance with all local, prefectures, national and federal laws and regulatory standards. The resulting contract will be a Firm fix price contract. Solicitation number is FA5270-13-R-0010. Solicitation will be issued on/about 20 Apr 2013. Offers shall be due on/about 20 May 13 at 1630 PM EST. Performance to begin on 01 Oct 13. All questions concerning this solicitation shall be submitted to the Contracting officer no later than 10 May 13. This is to allow the Contracting Officer adequate time to obtain answers and post them to Fed Biz Opps thus allowing all interested parties access to the information. Offerors are advised to forward past performance questionnaires to past performance references in ample time to be received by the Government no later than the time set for receipt of offers.
