Description

The Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center San Diego intends to issue a fixed priced contract award on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(1) (ii) to DBRS Medical Systems, Inc. dba Digital Board Repair Services 13820 Benson Ave, Chino, CA 91710-7002. The proposed contract is for the following item: One Mobile General Electric (GE) Lightspeed 16 Slice Spiral CT System which includes a 50 ™ Calumet trailer with dual pop-outs, air conditioning; patient lift, lighting, radiation protection, phone and network connections, lavatory sink with fresh/water holding tanks and a dressing area. Period of Performance will be for six weeks to be determined at the time of award. The North America Industry Classification System Code is 532490 for Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in responding to this notice. Interested parties capable of satisfying this requirement may submit offers in the form of capability statements not to exceed three(3) pages in length describing capability, past performance and responsibility of being able to meet the requirement no later than 10:00 a.m. March 28, 2013 Pacific Standard time via e-mail.
