Description

CICA Memo - Maalaea Bay, HI 2013 The real property requirement is for the National Weather Service to install and operate meteorological monitoring equipment on 700 SF of improved land located on Alexander and Baldwin, Inc. property adjacent to N. Kihei Road, Maui, Hawaii for up to a twenty (20) year term. The NWS requirement is optimal for the proposed site because it provides excellent exposure to local wind conditions, is easily accessible, and provides physical security within the perimeter fence.
