- The Army Contracting Command - National Capital Region on behalf of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G3/5/7, Force Management Directorate, U.S. Army Force Management School (AFMS), intends to execute a Firm, Fixed-Price bridge contract under other than full and open competition, sole source basis to Engility Corporation, formerly known as MPRI, a division of L-3 Services Inc. This notice is valid until Monday, March 25, 2013, 12:00 PM EST and is NOT a Request for Proposals. Place of Performance: The bulk of the work to be performed under this contract will be performed at the Army Force Management School, 5500 21St Street, Suite 1400, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060. This is an extension to an existing bridge contract to continue to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to execute the Army Force Management School (AFMS) requirement. The Government does not intend to submit a solicitation for proposals. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any technical information provided. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of four months, ending on 6 July 2013. The NAICS code is 611430 and size standard is $10 million.
