- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a limited competition basis, a Firm-Fixed Price procurement between ATAP Inc. and Boneal, Inc. The Government will be procuring Pressure and Vacuum Tank Leakage Test Sets, Part Number F71382, NSN 4920-00-531-5513. This procurement consists of a base quantity of four (4) with an option quantity of six (6). The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 3204 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not anticipate procuring data rights and competitive drawing package for this effort as the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is unwilling to sell their data rights. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
