Description

Contracting Office Address: 77 Forsyth St. SW, Suite T-8, Atlanta, GA 30303 The General Services Administration has an immediate need for Operations and Maintenance and Custodial Services (Combined services) for the Sidney M. Arnovitz U.S. Courthouse, Key West, Florida. The building consists of 58,116 GSF and 52,248 rentable square feet. The contractor will be responsible for providing management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies and shall be responsible for the efficient, effective, economical, and satisfactory operation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems as well as custodial and related services. A request for proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about April 5, 2013. The Government will select the responsible offeror whose proposal offers the best value to the Government in terms of pricing and technical merit. For this procurement, technical factors, when combined are significantly more important that price. This procurement will be a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside under NAICS code 561210, Facilities Support Services. The Small Business Size Standard is $3.5M. The Government contemplates a single award of a firm-fixed price IDIQ contract with one base year period and 4 one (1) year option periods.
