Description: INDUSTRY DAY EXCHANGE NOTICE: April 4, 2013, Embassy Suites, at 800 Monroe Street, Huntsville, AL 35801. Pre-Registration Required. The Non-Standard Rotary Wing Aircraft Project Management Office (NSRWA PMO) will host an unclassified Industry Day Exchange on April 4, 2013 at the Embassy Suites, at 800 Monroe Street, Huntsville, AL 35801. This exchange will provide industry the opportunity to gain insight into the planned acquisition of Integrated Maintenance Support Services (IMSS) to assist the SAUDI ARABIAN NATIONAL GUARD (SANG AVN) in maximizing aircraft operational capabilities and achieving training objectives in support of the SANG AVN mission. The SANG AVN fleet will consist of 60 Rotary Wing Aircraft: 12 APACHE AH-64E, 24 SCOUT ATTACK AH-6I, AND 24 BLACKHAWK UH-60M, located at Khashm Al An, (KAA) Airfield Saudi Arabia. The contractor shall base the support services on a SANG AVN provided annual flying hour program of 100 flight hours per aircraft per year at a predetermined goal of 80% Mission Capable (MC), 75% Fully Mission Capable (FMC), 5% Partial Mission Capable (PMC) OR rate per platform per month. In addition, the contractor shall be prepared to support an increase in the SANG AVN aircraft Operational Tempo (OPTEMPO) up to an additional 100 flight hours per aircraft per year, divided into two (2) 50-hour options. The contractor shall be responsible for achieving equal to or less than 10% Non-Mission Capable Maintenance (NMCM) for each platform per month. The SANG AVN aircraft will be maintained to the Department of the Army OR standards as established in AR 700-138. The contractor shall provide 100% aircraft maintenance, aircraft maintenance management, aircraft maintenance support, maintenance test flights, flight line support, logistics support, and OJT to the SANG AVN personnel. The contractor shall provide all personnel in the correct specializations and qualifications to support IMSS activities to include limited depot level maintenance as authorized by the United States (US) Army Aviation Engineering Directorate (AED). The SANG AVN Brigade will consist of three (3) hangars. One (1) hangar will house the Attack/Scout Battalion (12 AH-64E, 24 AH-6i) Aviation Unit Maintenance (AVUM), one (1) hangar will house the Utility Battalion (24 UH-60M) AVUM, and one (1) hangar will house the Aviation Intermediate Maintenance (AVIM) Battalion. The Industry Day Exchange event will begin at 8 a.m. on April 4, 2013 with sign-in for registered participants. Registration for the event will be from 8:00 - 8:30 a.m. Introduction will be from 8:30 - 9:00 a.m. An overview briefing of the planned IMSS acquisition is scheduled from 9 - 10 a.m. A break is scheduled from10:00 - 10:15 a.m. A proposed RFP summary is scheduled from 10:15 - 11:30 a.m. Lunch is scheduled from 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Questions and answers will begin at 1:00 p.m. At this time, appropriate Government responses to previously submitted Industry questions will be provided. The Industry Day Exchange event is open only to pre-registered industry partners. To register for the NSRWA Industry Day Exchange event send your registration request via e-mail not later than April 1, 2013 to Ms Ashley Sherrell, Ashley.Sherrell@PeoAvn.Army.Mil. Your registration shall include your full identification and contact information (i.e., your full name, name of company you represent, company address/location, your telephone number, and e-mail address). Each contractor is limited to four representatives. Appropriate Government response to submitted questions will be provided during the Q&A portion of the Industry Day Exchange event. One on one and/or breakout sessions will not be conducted.
