- During the base year, CMS modified the order and changed some of the initial open market items, removed others, and added additional items over and above those initially ordered by PSC. As a result of the changes, here is the list of open market items used in the base year of the order, and their pricing: 1. ALM Support (PaaS) $184,040.00 2. Onnet Connection $856.44 3. Travel $7500.00 4. Symantec: MPKI Standard SSL with Support $13,600.00 5. Managed Security Services- 2 Sr. Security Consultant $20,075.00 6. Managed Security Services- 2 security consultant $38,775.00 7. Neustar: Webmetrics Band 5 $36,000.00 8. DLT (Cyberark) $19,952.00 9. Knightpoint- Moving expenses $23,737.62 10. POTS- Setup $95.72 11. Citrix Netscaler Load Balancers $82,990.40 Total: $427,625.20 As described above, Terremark provided a quote to continue to provide cloud services for the last remaining option year on March 13, 2013. As CMS' cloud needs have changed drastically since the award of the task order, CMS needs different cloud services than initially quoted when the order was awarded. Accordingly, CMS requires a different set of open market services as well. The following describes the open market items and pricing contained in the Terremark quote for the last option year of the order: 1. 10Mbps Onnet Connection$3,743.73 2. POTS- Line$1,340.40 3. Dedicated IDS $85,226.88 4. Dedicated Full Packet Capture$317,458.44 5. Dedicated SIEM/Log Aggregation $219,688.08 6. Dedicated Netflow Analysis $140,067.36 7. Cloud Connect$3,876.00 8. VeriSign Premium 128 bit$59,099.65 9. Managing VeriSign PKI-Gold$27,025.00 10. CyberArk Annual Maintenance Bundle-100 Users$11,172.69 Total: $868,698.26THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS!
