- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region, Columbia-Casades Area Office has a requirement to construct a pipeline to replace an existing unlined canal for irrigation water delivery. The project site is located approximately 4 miles west of the City of Ellensburg, Washington, in Kittitas County. The principal components of the project are demolition of existing facilities and installation of approximately 4 miles of pressurized pipeline. This procurement is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns, and will be a negotiated procurement that will consider past performance and price in the award decision. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237110 and the size standard is $33.5 million in gross annual receipts averaged over the previous three 1-year accounting periods. The estimated price range of the work is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. An electronic copy of the solicitation will be available APPROXIMATELY April 10, 2013, at www.fedbizopps.gov.
