- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE - THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT'S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD TO CQ-ROLL CALL, INC. The Department of Defense (DoD), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate, (WHS/AD) intends to award a sole source to CQ-ROLL CALL, INC. (Cage Code - 4NCC2), 77 K ST NE 8TH FL, WASHINGTON, DC 20002-4681. The Government anticipates a single Purchase Order Award for the following: 1. FY 2013 subscription for CQ Today, CQ Weekly, CQ Schedules and CQ Alerts FY2013 - Subscription provides real time congressional news and in-depth political analysis; extensive legislation tracking/updates and related tools; custom email alerts; and customer support for research and training. Subscription allows up to 3 simultaneous users to access online services. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to this notice no later than the date and time specified in the notice by email to florence.kasule@whs.mil. All information submitted should support the offerors capability to provide the items required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. The Government reserves the right to cancel the Sole Source Award. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 519130, Internet Publishing and Broadcasting and Web Search Portals, Small Business Size 500 employees.
