- Description
- The Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) McKean, Bradford, Pennsylvania, intends to make an award for the rental of a 90 ton chiller unit, skid mounted, 480 volt, three phase with 4' hose cable not to exceed 100' with fittings. This will include rental of unit, hose and accessories, freight, installation including crane truck services. The rental period will be from May 1, 2013 through September 30, 2013. Delivery date will be at such a time as to insure the unit is opporational on May 1, 2013. Delivery will be made to FCI McKean, 6975 Route 59, Lewis Run, PA 16738, 15 miles south of Bradford, PA. The Government will award a firm-fixed-price purchase order to the lowest priced responsible offeror on a per line item basis. The solicitation will be made available on or about March 28, 2013. It will be distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is no later than April 11, 2013. Faith-based and Community-Based organizations have the right to submit offers/quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
