- SOW 111 Renovate X-ray 5CN Description: Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to renovate portions of the 2nd floor Medical Imaging Suite, Bldg. 111. Renovation includes the demolition, removal and replacement of all asbestos insulated piping/ductwork/flooring/ceiling, duct insulation, floor tile, etc., architectural, mechanical, equipment, furnishings, and electrical work. Specifically, the renovation work includes the following; consolidation and renovation of rooms 2469, 2447 and 2477A into a single treatment room that is prepped for the installation (by others) of a new xray machine, consolidation of rooms 2482, 2480 and 2480A into a larger viewing room, replacement of existing corridor flooring in suite as shown on drawing, dividing room 2437 into an office and separate clean supply room, renovation and expansion of rooms 2443 and 2443A, renovation of the existing lounge in room 2428, and renovation of room 2476. See drawing and specifications for additional project details. Provide energy efficient equipment and design modifications to reduce current energy usage to the most efficient and economical level possible
