- This is a pre-solicitation notice for the Army Direct Care Medical Services Generation Two (ADCMS-G2) Physician Services to be provided in the U.S. Army Medical Command - Pacific Region. The services contemplated have been determined to be commercial in nature. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 621111 and the small business size standard is $10 million. A maximum of five (5) multiple award Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts will be awarded for Physician services as a result of the solicitation. Each contract will have a five-year ordering period from 1 October 2013 thru 30 September 2018. This requirement has been Set-Aside 100% for Small Business concerns. Solicitation W81K04-12-R-0006 will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) and will be electronically posted on Federal Business Opportunities (http://www.fbo.gov), on or about 28 March 2013. NO HARD COPIES will be provided. The solicitation must be downloaded from the internet. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. A contract will be awarded using best value techniques. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that shall be considered by the Agency. All prospective offerors interested in submitting an offer in response to this solicitation must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE CODE). A preproposal conference will be held on 24 APRIL 2013, from 0900 to 12:30, at 2250 Engineer Street, Building 4196, Suite 12, Fort Sam Houston, Texas. NOTE: Awards resulting from solicitation W81K04-12-R-0006 will also include: Ancillary Services under NAICS 622110; small business size standard of $34.5 million and Nursing Services under NAICS 621399; small business size standard of $7 million.
