- Responses to offeror questions. 03/22/2013 - Responses posted to offeror questions ________________________________ THIS IS AN UNRESTRICTED PROCUREMENT. The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) hereby issues a Request for Proposal using FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation to obtain an experienced and qualified contractor to provide a defined contribution plan offering 401(k), Roth 401(k), and after tax savings account. Proposals are due by 3:00 pm EST on April 5, 2013 (located in Section L of the solicitation) The Offeror is advised to obtain legal counsel prior to its proposal submission to ensure all terms, conditions and clauses incorporated by reference and in full-text are acceptable to the Offeror. The original copy of the proposal shall contain a signed SF 1449 with Blocks 17a, 30a, 30b, and 30c completed and the original of all documents requiring signature by the Offeror.
