Zip Flile Revised Solicitation (Replace old solicitation with new solicitation) Zip File Meal Counts zip The Kansas National Guard is soliciting for a Full Service Food Service Contract to be performed at the Government furnished dining facility at the Kansas Regional Training Institute (KSRTI), Salina, KS. The food service contract is to prepare, cook and serve subsistence in a government facility. The contractor shall provide all raw subsistence for meal preparation, all qualified personnel with the technical abilities to perform the contract, and janitorial supplies necessary to accomplish the requirements of the Statement of Work and all other terms and conditions of the solicitation. The Government shall furnish the kitchen and dining room facility and service ware as government furnished property. A firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with an economic price adjustment per contract year for a base year plus four option years will be awarded from this solicitation. Estimated quantity of workload is between $250,000 to $350,000 in sales per year, based upon the frequency of deploying units. The minimum guaranteed amount is $100,000 over the life of the contract and the maximum contract amount over the life of contract will not exceed $5,000,000. This requirement is solicitated as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This requirement is solicited as a Total Small Business Set-aside under NAICS Code 722310-Food Service Contractors; business size is $35.5 Million. Interested parties that meet the criteria of this notice may download a solicitation package at website https://www.fbo.gov. The solicitation will be available on the web site on or after February 28th 2013 with an anticipated proposal closing date of 2:00 pm, April 3rd, 2013.
