- Description
- The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Division intends to acquire program support services for the Advanced Medical Development Program in Fort Detrick, MD. Specifically, the contractor will provide technical, analytical and management expertise to support all aspects of executive program management for Department of Defense and other government biomedical research and development (R&D) programs. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate through a service disabled veteran owned small business set-aside. The placement of a firm fixed price contract with a 12 month base period, plus two one-year options is anticipated. The solicitation is anticipated to be posted to Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) https://www.neco.navy.mil under solicitation N00189-13-T-Z070 on or around 11 April 2013.
