- This solicitation has been modified to extend the deadline for submitting quotes and post questions that have been answered. Quotes must be submitted by email NTL 27 March 2013 5:00 PM Central time. All questions must be received NLT 26 March 12:00 PM Central time. All questions must be submitted via email. NO TELEPHONE CALLS PLEASE. 1. What is the Software Release of the PBXs? Release 5.0 2. Who is the current provider? CRI Of Alabama 3. How much was their contract award to the current provider? N/A 4. Are there three locations to be served? Yes 5. Can you provide a TNB Report from the PBXs? We can, but that would include names of government/contractor employees. An active port count from each pbx would suffice. 6. How will the transition/conversion from one vendor to another be handled in terms of password requirements, current open tickets, etc? Do we include this with our pricing? Current vendor alarm management hardware and user accounts will be removed. New passwords and alarm management hardware will be coordinated with PEO Enterprise Phone Team. Remote management hardware should be included in pricing for each site. 7. Are moves, adds, and changes expected to be covered in this maintenance? NO, MACS are performed by onsite PEO Enterprise Phone Team. 8. What is the average number of help desk tickets per week from these locations? Ticket numbers vary week by week. 9. Do you know the type of help that is most needed from the help desk? Hardware replacement 10. What is the response format required? Current vendor issues help ticket for any maintenance we may have. 11. Is there a particular order sequence needed for our information?
