- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Puerto Rico City: San German Delineated Area: North: Starting at the Hospital De La Concepcion, begin State Road #2 going west to Road #362 south. East: Starting at the intersection of Road #166 and State Road #102 (Calle Luna), go west State Road #103 (Calle Luna) to the intersection of State Road #102 (Calle Luna) and State Road #360, go north on State Roada #360 to the Hospital De La Concepcion at the intersection with State Road #2. South: Starting at the intersection of State Road #122 and Road #166, go east on Road #166 to the intersection of Road #166 and State Road #102 West: Starting at the intersection of State Road #2 and Road #362, go south on Road #362 to the intersection of Road #362 and State Road #122, go south on State Road #122 to the intersection of State Road #122 and Road #166. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,890 Maximum Sq. Ft. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
