- Notice of Sole Source Intent This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. The Bureau of Reclamation, Great Plains Regional Office intends to award a purchase order for electric utility services to Mountain Parks Electric, Inc. Electric utility services are required for the Electric Utility Services for Green Mountain Dam and Powerplant associated buildings and structures. Reclamation has found Mountain Parks Electric, Inc. to be the only source able to successfully complete the required electric services. Since Reclamation believes that only one responsible source can fully provide the services that will satisfy the agency's requirements, a Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been prepared. Responses to this notice shall be mailed to the Bureau of Reclamation - GP-5000; PO Box 36900; Billings, Montana 59107, or faxed to 406-247-7798, Attn: Amanda Somerville, or e-mailed to asomerville@usbr.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
