(ABOA): 17,865 Office; 10,197 Warehouse Space Type: Office, Warehouse, Fenced Wareyard Parking Spaces (Total): 24 visitor; 104 employee; 3 RV pull-through Parking Spaces (Surface): 133 Wareyard Approximately 2 acres Parking Spaces (Reserved): 2 Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: See Attached Document O ffered space must meet Government requirements for fire and life safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the lease.
