Description

The Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) intends to execute an order under basic ordering agreement N00024-10-G-4304 or N00024-10-G-4305 for Engineering, Material, and Technical Services in support of the USS JEFFERSON CITY (SSN 759) for the repair of the Refrigeration System (R-134A). The estimated period of performance is 26 March 2013 through 7 April 2013. The two prime contractors potentially competing for this requirement are: Electric Boat Corporation, a General Dynamics Company, located at 75 Eastern Point Road, Groton, CT 06340-4989 (BOA 4304), and Huntington Ingalls Incorporated located at 4101 Washington Avenue, Newport News, VA 23607-2734 (BOA 4305). This order will be issued pursuant to 10 USC 2304(c)(1). The proposed agreement action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit under the authority of FAR 6.303 utilizing Class J&A numbers 40,744 and 40,788.
