- Capability Questionaire Performance Work Statement for Lektriever. PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE INSPECTION, CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE AND RELOCATION OF LEKTRIEVER/ROTARY FILES SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS This is a sources sought synopsis requesting information only and does not constitute an Invitation for Bids (IFB), a Request for Quote (RFQ), or a Request for Proposal (RFP). It should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the Government to issue a formal solicitation or ultimately award a contract in connection with this announcement. The Ogden Air Logistics Complex Contracting Directorate and the 309th Maintenance Complex, Hill Air Force Base, Utah is conducting market research to determine both the best acquisition strategy and the existence of responsible business sources available to provide preventative maintenance inspections, corrective maintenance, and relocation of Lektriver/Rotary File located throughout Hill Air Force Base. The information in this notice is based on the best and most current information available to date. This information is subject to change and is not binding to the Government. Updated information will be provided in future announcements and posted electronically on the Federal Business opportunities homepage at www.fbo.gov. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and no information will be returned. The United States Government is in no way liable to pay for or reimburse any companies or entities that respond to this announcement. Any costs incurred by interested companies in response to this announcement will NOT be reimbursed. All information obtained will be considered market research and may be used as a general concept; however, any specific information will be treated as proprietary information and safeguarded, if marked appropriately. The government is considering a multi-year, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The successful contractor shall provide preventative maintenance inspections, corrective maintenance, and relocation of Lektriver/Rotary File to insure units are fully functional. Please review attached DRAFT performance work statement for full requirement details. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this requirement is 811310 Commercial and industrial machinery repair and maintenance services, size standard $6,500,000.00 million The Government requests, interested parties to submit a brief statement of current capability to perform these services, responses to the attached capability questionnaire and a letter of interest. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurment. The Government is interested in all small businesses to include 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Hub-zone, and Women-Owned small business concerns.
