The Government's lease is expiring and the Government is considering if alternative space is economically advantageous. The Government will use the information it receives in response to this advertisement as a basis to develop a cost-benefit analysis and to determine whether to compete the lease requirement or pursue a sole source justification to remain at its current location. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocation, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure. This is an inquiry for available space and is not to be construed as an invitation to bid. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, handicap accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be located in a flood zone. Notwithstanding the minimum and maximum ABOA requirements indicated above, space shall not exceed 1,495 rentable square feet (RSF). Submission Requirements - Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information at minimum (This is not an invitation for bids or a request for proposals): 1) building name/address/building ownership information; 2) location of space in the building and date it will be available; 3) rentable square feet (RSF) offered and rental rate per square foot, specifying services, utilities, and tenant improvement allowance included as part of the rental rate; 4) ANSI/BOMA defined office area (ABOA); 5) one-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered (electronic, Auto-CAD); 6) name, address, telephone number and email address of authorized contact; 7) Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building
