- The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Washington, PWD Bethesda, Maryland intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, Sole Source 12-month base lease period with two 12-month lease option periods of five office trailers including maintenance services to Williams Scotsman, Inc. pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1; Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The office trailers, which were a part of a previous contract, were configured on base in 2010, and are still needed to fulfill the requirement. Williams Scotsman, Inc. is the owner of the trailers. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action on a full and open competitive basis is solely within the discretion of the Government.
