- NASA/GSFC has a requirement for the acquisition of a EMCCD Camera to include the following: - e2v CCC201-20: low fringing 1024x1024 EMCCD grade 1 (with fringe suppression) - Dewar with Thermoelectric cooling down to -90C - CCD Controller with switchable modes: -- digital mode (for Counting Photons) with clock induced charge suppresssion by a factor greater than 10 -- analog mode with read noise less than 5 els rms per read - Single window with lens adapter - Gigabit Ethernet interface - Control, acquisition, analysis and processing software - Software Development Kit NASA/GSFC intends to purchase the items from Nuvu Cameras, Inc. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 4:00 p.m. local time on April 11, 2013. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
