Description

Redacted Justification for Sole Source Reference #: HC1028-13-T-0061 The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Contracting Division, Software Section (DITCO/PL8321), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a sole source award to Dassian Inc. to provide Earned Value Management (EVM) software maintenance renewal support for already purchased software. Period of performance will be: Base Date: 15 Feb 2013 - 14 Feb 2014 Option Year 1 Date: 15 Feb 2014 - 14 Feb 2015 Option Year 2 Date: 15 Feb 2015 - 14 Feb 2016 Option Year 3 Date: 15 Feb 2016 - 14 Feb 2017 Option Year 4 Date: 15 Feb 2017 - 14 Feb 2018 Dassian, Inc. is the sole source developer with no resellers. Consideration will be contingent upon the contractor being an authorized reseller of Dassian, Inc. The solicitation can be provided upon request. Contract award cannot be made to any contractor not enrolled in the Department of Defense (DOD) System for Award Management (SAM). The SAM website is www.sam.gov.
