- This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the Mission and Installation Contracting Command - White Sands Office for solicitation W9124Q-12-R-0011 which serves as notification to Industry of the procurement for Test Engineering and Analysis Services in support of White Sands Missile Range. This acquisition will utilize Best Value trade off source selection procedures. Solicitation W9124Q-12-R-0011 will be issued as an 8(a) competitive acquisition.
