- TnCs Statement of Work Form - 8203 - Due date is April 5, 2013 at 5:00pm EST not noon as stated in block 8. The purpose of this solicitation is to procure services to obtain a supplier who possesses specific subject matter expertise in areas such as assessment of potential commercial value of patents, infringements, potential for recovery of royalties and estimated cost of recovery. The purpose of this task order is to coordinate with the supplier to mutually agree upon and select five (5) patents for review with the highest potential for infringement or licensing. Please submit your Technical and Price proposals in accordance with the attached statement of work, along with completion of the following documents: PS Form 8203 Block 16; and Blocks 27 (a-c) Provision 4-3, Representations and Certifications Due Dates: Questions regarding this solicitation must be received no later than Mondaay, April 1,2013 by 12:00 PM ET (email only): ceverette@uspsoig.gov). Answers will be posted on FBO no later than 12:00 PM ET on April 2, 2013. Proposals must be received no later than April 5, 2013 at 5:00 PM ET. Anticipated award: Before April 18, 2013 The USPS OIG will not pay expenses related to the preparation of proposals. Thank you in advance for your interest in our requirement.
