- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis under NAICS code 722320 and small business size standard is $7.0 Million Purchase and delivery of the following services no later than the dates listed below and in the attached statement of work (SOW): Line Item #1: Catered Meals for the 207th Training Catering is needed for Breakfast & Dinner Meals for the following dates: 04-May-2013**Dinner Only 05-May-2013 06-May-2013 07-May-2013 08-May-2013 09-May-2013 10-May-2013 11-May-2013**Breakfast Only TOTAL ESTIMATED MEALS FOR THIS CONTRACT ARE 821. oThe total meal count is an estimate. Please indicate how many days you will need to plan for head-count confirmation before each day of performance. Plan for a 10% variance in meal count in your proposal. Performance of this contract will be located at the Hidden Valley Training Area in Clay City, KY. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) FOR REQUIREMENTS, SPECIFICATIONS, QUANTITIES, AND MEAL TYPES. The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of this paragraph (a) if this contract was awarded using other than sealed bid, is in excess of the simplified acquisition threshold, and does not contain the clause at 52.215-2, Audit and Records -- Negotiation.
