- Solicitation number, SPE4A6-13-R-0814, SC1000008818, NSNs 1270-01-193-8807 and 1270-99-733-1101. Unit of issue is each for both NSNs. Solicitation is an unrestricted procurement using the procedures of other than Full and Open Competition. Weapons code is 26F and the end item is Aircraft F16 for both NSNs. Non-Commercial and is not CSI. Critical application applies. Approved source of supply is Qioptiq Ltd CAGE K6111 part number 031517 for NSN 1270-01-193-8807. Approved source of supply is Qioptiq Ltd CAGE K6111 part number 034533 for NSN 1270-99-733-1101. The solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. The requested delivery is 265 days ARO for NSN 1270-99-733-1101 and 219 days for 1270-01-193-8807. Surge does not apply to either NSN. Shipment will be to any DLA stock location in the continental United States. Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) applies. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 16 each for NSN 1270-99-733-1101 and 30 each for NSN 1270-01-193-8807 and is applicable to the base year only. The maximum quantity for all 5 years is 990 each for NSN 1270-99-733-1101 and 615 each for NSN 1270-01-193-8807. The estimated annual quantity is 107 each for NSN 1270-99-733-1101 and 60 each for NSN 1270-01-193-8807. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at origin/origin for both NSNs. Solicitation will issue on April 15, 2013 with a closing date of May 15, 2013.
