- The Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 15 Contracting Office is seeking potential sources for the purchase of: Functional/Performance/Specification 1.Anesthesia System - this system allows the mice and rats to be completely immobilized so they can be scanned by the In-VIVO Imaging system and then allow quick recovery with minimal to no impact on the animal or the experimental parameters being investigated. This anesthesia system is designed to be used with our current Kodak In-VIVO Imaging system. SCOPE OF WORK: 1.The Anesthesia System is designed to work with our current Kodak In-VIVO Imaging system. 2.The Anesthesia System includes a."PAM" vaporizer with handle for easy transport b.Induction chamber c.Pre-cut tubing and hoses to connect anesthesia system with In VIVO systems d.H-Tank regulator e.Tri-diverter manifold for dividing gas between induction chamber, surgical worm station, and the imaging system. f.Two filter canisters g.Five mouse nose cone assemble w/ accessory tubing and connectors for imaging system h.Setup instructions i.One year warranty Location: Kansas City MO VA Medical Center, 4801 Linwood Blvd, Kansas City MO 64128.
