Description

THE PROPOSAL DUE DATE/RESPONSE DATE IS EXTENDED UNTIL 22 Apr 2013 at 12 pm Central Standard Time. The following questions were asked about the solicitation and the responses are: Questions 1) Is there an incumbent contractor, or was there recently a contract in place for Catholic Music Director? If yes, please provide the contract number, period of performance, contract amount, and the name of thecontractor. 2) Will you accept quotes via fax or email? 3) Please consider amending the solicitation to delete FAR clauses, as these conflict with the required commercial items clauses 4)May I request for the past award amount for the aforementioned Solicitation? 1) There is not current incumbent or contractor for this position. 2) A fax or email proposal will be accepted. 3) The Contracting Officer (CO) will make a determination on what clauses ifany are removed from the solicitation. At this time no determination hasbeen made. If any are made, the solicitation will be amended and posted on FBO.Gov prior to solicitation close date. Amendment 0002 addresses the clauses and provisions that were removed. Please read and acknowledge Amendment 0002 as required 4) Contract FA3030-09-P-0128 for Catholic Director of Music ended in 30 Sep 2010 and was awarded for the amount of$6,000.00.
