- AG-8544-S-13-0010 Trash Collection for Shoshone National Forest General Information Document Type: K - Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Solicitation Type: RFQ Posted Date: 03/29/2013 Response Date: 04/15/2013 NAICS Code: 562111 Set-Aside Total Small Business Solicitation No.: AG-8544-S-13-0010 Contracting Office Address Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, R-2 Northern Acquisition Team, 808 Meadow Lane Ave; Cody, WY 82414 Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a request for quote (RFQ) No. AG-8544-S-13-0010; proposal due date is April 15, 2013. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 54, effective as of December 2, 2011. Attached, you will find a Statement of Work for Trash Collection for Shoshone National Forest. No later than 3:00 pm MST, April 15, 2013 please provide a price. The selection process will consist of a Best Value source selection based on price and vendors past experience. Under a Best Value source selection, non-price evaluation factors, when combined are significantly more important than price. However, the Contracting Officer will not select an offeror for award on the basis of a superior capability without consideration of the amount of the price. All proposals shall include the following information: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The Government will consider price and vendors past experience. Quoter shall supply any other material that will provide the Government with record of past performance to evaluate their quote. The Government will consider all quotes received until the time of contract award. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 562111. In order to be considered a small business under this NAICS code, your average annual shall not exceed 35.5 million. Quotes are due by 3:00 p.m., April 15, 2013, R-2 Northern Acquisition Team, 808 Meadow Lane Ave; Cody, WY 82414 ATTN: NATHAN SABO. Fax proposals will NOT be accepted.
