- The successful bidder shall remove two concrete pads and leave a smooth concrete surface in each place; the Contractor shall furnish all material, labor, and equipment required. The work shall be performed at Lower Monumental Dam by the date shown in Section Period of Performance. The Contractor shall provide protection from concrete dust and water damage to existing equipment, and shall take effective measures to control gas, vapor, fumes, dust, slurry and mist during concrete removal operations.
