Description

The subject requirement is for the acquisition of Sensata Technologies P/N MIL-24/6000H-3PHQ (NSN 6130-01-492-3067). The proposed procurement is an item within the Federal Supply Class of 6130. The requirement will result in the award of a Firm Fixed Price contract. The procurement will be in accordance with FAR Part 15. The solicitation will be available on DIBBS on or about April 15, 2013. Shipping terms are to be FOB Destination. The solicitation will be issued unrestricted under Other than Full and Open Competition. Power Supply NSN 6130-01-492-3067 FOB Destination Unit of Issue: 74 Each Requesting Delivery of 200 Days All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, quotation, or proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested parties may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
