- NASA/KSC plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the following Commercial item/services: Vehicle Support Post Fabrication. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 331513 and 500, respectively. The anticipated release date of RFP13222333R is on or about April 15, 2013 with an anticipated proposal due date of on or about May 15, 2013. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. [OMBUDSMAN STATEMENT IS REQUIRED]NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable. The Center Ombudsman for this acquisition can be found at http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/pub/pub_library/Omb.html. Prospective offerors shall notify this office of their intent to submit an offer. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the Internet site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any). All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing (e-mail or FAX) to Jan Pirkle/OP-ES at janice.c.pirkle@nasa.gov or FAX 321-867-2042 not later than April 30, 2013.
