- Description
- DLA Aviation Richmond intends to issue a solicitation to procure 1 each Spot Welder, with contract completion required in 189 days ARO. Solicitation is Full and Open competition in accordance with DLAD 6.101, 100% small business set aside. Complete technical data package DLA-A-VIBB 13-40-1019 including all design, fabrication, supplies, labor, accessories, installation, and training requirement is included as a part of the solicitation. Request for Proposal SPM4A8R0040 is anticipated to issue on April 15, 2013 and close on May 15, 2013. FOB will be at Destination and Final Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Place of Performance will be FRC Southeast, North Island, CA. Award will be result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DLA DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF) To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com If the solicitation cannot be found on DIBBS after the issue date contact the buyer for an electronic copy. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023 Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA.
