- SPM4A813X0037 DLA Aviation Richmond intends to issue a solicitation to procure 1 each Band Saw with contract completion required in 21 days ARO. Solicitation is Full and Open competition in accordance with DLAD 6.101, 100% small business set aside. Complete technical data package DLA-A-VIBB 13-11-1004 including all design, fabrication, supplies, labor, accessories, installation, and training requirement is included as a part of the solicitation. Request for Proposal SPM4A813X0037 is anticipated to issue on 03-29-13 and close on 04-10-13. FOB will be at Destination with Final Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Place of Performance is Egg Harbor TWP, New Jersey. Award will result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DLA DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
