Description
Solicitation RFP No. SOL-511-13-000002 - USAID/Bolivia Baseline Data Collection and Impact Evaluation Design – Healthy Communities Project (HCP) The United States Government (USG), represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development's Mission in Bolivia (USAID/Bolivia), is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations for the performance of services detailed in the attached RFP. This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6-Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items- as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Subject to availability of funds, USAID/Bolivia contemplates award of a single-award, fixed price contract covering an estimated period of three (3) months to obtain the results described in the attached statement of work. The estimated cost range for this procurement is near to or below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (currently $150,000). The purpose of the impact evaluation is to identify and measure the impacts that are attributable to the Healthy Communities Project (HCP) after five years of intervention. The evaluation results will assist the Health Team to identify the lessons learned and the best practices of the project while impacting the beneficiary communities. Original Points of Contact: G.
