- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has the requirement for Drilling Services to be provided along the west bank levee of the Mississippi River in an area within two levee districts. The southern area of study is within the St. Francis Levee District of Missouri located southwest of New Madrid, Missouri and the northern area of study is within the St. Johns Levee and Drainage District located south and east of New Madrid, Missouri. Services will be provided in accordance with the attached solicitation. The solicitation number is W912EQ-13-T-0026 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This is an UNRESTRICTED procurement. The associated NAICS code is 541380. A copy of solicitation may be downloaded from the Army Single Face Industry (ASFI) Acquisition Business Web Site at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ on or about April 2, 2013. Response to this solicitation must be received via email, fax, mail, or delivered by date and time indicated on solicitation; regardless of method of delivery, it is the offeror's responsibility to ensure receipt of quote by the time and date stated therein. Quotes should be marked with solicitation number W912EQ-13-T-0026; addressed to USACE Memphis District, Contracting Division, ATTN: Valerie Marshall, 167 N.
