- U.S. GOVERNMENT Project No: 2NY0667 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: New York City: Buffalo Delineated Area: North: Chippewa St. to Genesee St. South: Scott St East: Louisiana Street to South Cedar Street to Swan Street to Pine Street to Sycamore Street to Ash Street to Genesee Street West: South Elmwood Avenue to Buffalo Skyway (Interstate 5) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,577 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 11,105 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: • The leased space must be contiguous. • 1st floor space is preferred, below grade space is unacceptable. • Two elevators required if space is above ground level. One elevator can be a freight elevator. • Separate visitor and employee restrooms required. • Offered space must be within 2 blocks of public transportation if available in the area. • Employee and Visitor parking spaces should be onsite if dictated by the local code or within 2 blocks of the leased space. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Authorized Contacts: GSA is using a tenant broker to represent the Government in lease negotiations for this transaction.
