- The U.S. Government through the 414th CSB will be seeking a price list for the supplies/services listed below under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). Contractors are requested to provide a quote listed under the specification and terms and conditions of this BPA. This requirement is anticipated but the actual quantity and delivery schedule is unknown at this time. The submission of a price list, or US Government's acceptance of the price list, in the form of a BPA, does not obligate the US Government in any way. If the price list submitted is accepted by the US Government, a BPA against which calls or orders may be placed. Only upon the issuance of a call should the contractor initiate delivery of the supply or service requested in the call. 1. DESCRIPTION OF BPA: THE US GOVERNMENT IS SEEKING A PRICE LIST FOR RENTAL VEHICLES WITH AND WITHOUT DRIVERS FOR UGANDA. The supplier shall furnish rental vehicles with or without driver, to be utilized in Uganda, when requested by the Contracting Officer or by the individual authorized by the Contracting Officer to make purchases under this BPA. The effective date of this BPA is from date of pricing agreement through 30 September 2013, unless the BPA is sooner terminated by either party by written notification.
