- VA VISN 22 Network 22 Logistics Office, Long Beach, CA intends to enter into a sole source award with Health Science Systems In accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, and FAR 6.302-4Only One Responsible Source and Developmental or Research Capability. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-38. NAICS Code is 541690. The Request for Quotation is VA-262-13-RQ-0620 solicitation shall be available on or about April 3rd 2013 and will close April 8th 2013. This funded Merit Review Research Program' Telehealth Outreach for Chronic Back Pain' (Rehabilitation Research and Development B4767-R) will be for Department of Veteran Affairs Loma Linda Healthcare System, located at Jerry L Pettis Veterans Hospital 11201 Benton Street, Loma Linda, CA 92357. VHA believes that Health Science Systems is the sole contractor for these services at this time and no other source will satisfy the Government's needs. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS. However, any firm capable of meeting this requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
